Irina Lubomirska is an Associate in the Major Projects
department in Melbourne. Her experience includes working on
the Biota v GlaxoSmithKline litigation, where her role
included:
- initial case assessment and advice;
- working with a team of counsel and solicitors on various
aspects of the litigation, including interlocutory matters, case
preparation and drafting pleadings;
- analysing and reporting on documents discovered in the Biota
litigation, using an electronic document database; and
- managing the electronic document database, including liaising
with IT consultants to set up and improve the discovery
process.
Irina is currently working on the Bushfires class action, which
seeks to recover damages for victims of the Black Saturday Kilmore
East-Kinglake bushfire.
Irina is a member of Young Lawyers Section of the Law Institute
of Victoria, Victorian Women Lawyers and the Australian Lawyers
Alliance.
