Victorian Indigenous trainee legal assistant opportunities
Maurice Blackburn reserves one place in our Victorian Trainee
Legal Assistant Program each year for an Indigenous student who
satisfies the stated criteria. This placement has been developed in
conjunction with the Indigenous Law Students and Lawyers
Association of Victoria, Tarwirri.
Please state in your cover letter how you were made aware of the
opportunity (for example by Tarwirri or an Indigenous publication)
so that we can identify your application.
Applications for trainee legal assistant roles in our Victorian
offices opened on 15 August 2011 and closed on Friday 26 August
2011. Interviews were conducted from 12 - 16 September 2011 and
offers were made to successful candidates on Friday 23 September
2011. The program will start on Monday 6 February 2012.
